The Zooomy 90 day Winter Challenge

After three years, over 20,000 dogs and cats, and 40,000 orders, we've learned a few things about how Zooomy is used to stand the best chance of supporting your dogs and cats.

We've built everything we've found into our 90-Day Winter Challenge to help you overcome the most common misunderstandings. And since trying a single bottle over a couple of weeks "...didn't really do much" this isn't a fair test. So we propose a challenge: you order a 90 day bundle that gives you enough Zooomy to try it fairly, a routine to stick to, and we'll give you your money back if after all that if you're not happy.

What three years has taught us

1. It can take longer than you expect

Most owners who tell us they've seen a change in their pet say they noticed it somewhere between 3 and 6 weeks from starting. A few tell us they saw a difference within a week, others that it took 12, even 16 weeks but was still life-changing for them. After all, our pets are individuals and may have things going on that we can't see from the outside.

What we can say confidently is that judging any supplement in the first 2 or 3 weeks isn't fair to it or your pet. If a change is going to happen, 90 days is enough time to know one way or the other.

2. Twice a day, every day

Zooomy contains long-chain hyaluronic acid which has a short half life in the circulation. So two amounts, morning and evening, keeps the levels in the circulation higher than just one. We've watched enough owners using Zooomy once-a-day and being disappointed, then start twice-a-day and see the change within weeks that we're confident on this one.

If you can't commit to twice a day, every day, the challenge isn't really the right shape for you, and we'd rather be straight about that up front.

3. It has to be the right amount for your pet's weight

Under-giving is the other common way we see responses quietly fail; the amount we recommend on the label isn't merely a suggestion and it scales with your pet's weight because a 5kg cat and a 40kg dog need genuinely different amounts.

We'll build the Challenge Bundle to give you enough for at least the full 90 days at the right amount for your pet. As long as you use our calculator to build it, you're covered.

4. One supplement at a time is a better approach

If you're already giving another joint supplement, or you start one during the challenge, you'll never know which one made the difference. That's not about supplements interfering with each other, it's just about being able to see clearly what's happening.

Ideally, don't start anything new during the ninety days, or in the four weeks before. If you're already on something and don't want to stop, that's your call but you're taking on the challenge knowing you may not be able to attribute a change to Zooomy specifically.

How the challenge works

You take on a bundle that gives you enough Zooomy for 90 days at the amount for your pet's weight, the calculator on the product page does the maths.

You give your pet Zooomy twice a day, every day, for the ninety days.

You do a mobility check-in on the Zooomy app when the bottle arrives, and another at the end. This gives you something to compare against and it matters because change over ninety days can be gradual which is easy to miss when you see your pet every day; so often our customers tell us it's a friend or a family member who stops them and asks what's different, because the pet is doing so much better but they hadn't noticed!

Keep an eye out for the emails we send over the ninety days. They're the practical side of the challenge, exercise, weight, when to see your vet, a couple of check-ins along the way.

Our part of the deal

If you take on the Challenge Bundle and give Zooomy the way we've described, twice a day, every day, at the amount for your pet's weight, for the ninety days and you've not seen the difference you hoped for, we'll refund you.

You claim by emailing challenge90@zooomy.com with your order number. You've got thirty days after the ninety-day challenge period ends to do it. We refund the product price to your original payment method. You don't need to return the empty bottles.

We ask you to confirm you gave it the way we described, and we look at your two mobility check-ins in the app. That's it. We're not looking for reasons to refuse.

Things to bear in mind

If your pet won't take Zooomy, or it doesn't agree with them. That's covered separately by our standard refund policy, and we give full refunds in these cases. It's not what the challenge is for.

If your pet isn't able to complete the challenge. Please contact us. We'll arrange a refund for any unopened product under our standard returns policy.

Ultimately we know that nobody takes on a ninety-day challenge like this unless they genuinely want their pet to be doing better, and neither do we. If something's been missed along the way, tell us and we'll talk it through.
