Shipping policy

We typically achieve same day despatch for all orders received before 8pm.  Any orders received after these times will be shipped the next day.

Our standard service is Royal Mail Tracked 48.  Tracked 24 is available for a small supplement.

If your item doesn't arrive in the expected time frame please get in touch and I will try to find out more.

We take the best of care to ensure that your items are packaged correctly but this isn't always sufficient to ensure the product reaches you in the desired state. Please contact us here to let us know if you have any problems asap. 

If your order arrives damaged or missing any items please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the problems as soon as possible.
