Refund policy
We want you to be delighted with your purchase of Zooomy however there are occasions when things don't go to plan.
If you have bought Zooomy for the first time and on starting your dong on it, it becomes apparent that the product is not suitable for them, please contact us and we will provide a refund for the sales price of the product. Please contact us within 10 calendar days of your purchase.
If you have bought before but decide that your subsequent purchase was a mistake or is unwanted we will accept unopened containers for return and will refund the sale price of the product. Please contact us within 30 calendar days of your purchase to qualify for this refund offer.
If the pack is faulty for whatever reason we will replace it with a new one. We may ask for the bottle to be returned for us to apply our QC processes and provide feedback to the part manufacturers.
In cases where we ask for a return, we will normally, unless requested to do otherwise, organise collection by Royal Mail from your house the following day, Royal Mail will normally bring a label and you can simply hand over or leave the parcel out for collection. We will provide a refund when the product is received and deduct the cost of postage (£3.99 at the time of writing).
Please note, we do not provide guarantees that the product will 'work' for your pet and therefore we are not able to offer returns or refunds in these cases. Please do however, contact us for advice in this situation and we would be glad to help.
